We launched our annual full-staff skill improvement training program covering OEM product assembly techniques, quality inspection standards, equipment daily maintenance and cross-border product compliance knowledge, all production line operators, QC inspectors and technical engineers attend categorized offline courses with practical operation sessions on real OEM production equipment, senior technical supervisors with over 10 years of customized manufacturing experience lead training sessions and set regular skill assessment to issue qualification certificates, the training plan also includes customer communication courses for project managers to better coordinate brand OEM customization demands, continuous skill upgrading helps our factory maintain stable production efficiency and reduce operational mistakes when handling complex multi-spec OEM mixed orders throughout the whole year.
