Factory Adds AI Automated QC Lines for OEM Batch Inspection

We completed installation and trial operation of six sets of AI automated quality control testing lines across our main OEM production zones, each line integrates high-resolution visual cameras, automatic performance testers and cloud data upload modules to finish full dimensional, functional and appearance inspection without heavy manual labor, the intelligent system can automatically mark defective semi-finished and finished OEM products, record fault types and generate daily quality analysis reports for our quality management team, the new equipment shortens single batch inspection time by nearly 40% while lowering human error rate, and we provide free live demonstration of the automated QC system for existing and potential brand OEM customers during factory visiting appointments.
